Fruitvale Revival, 2004 Fruitvale Transit Plaza, International Boulevard, Oakland, California

This work was commissioned by the City of Oakland, Cal Trans and the Ford Foundation. 

This renovation constructed a free clinic, for dentistry and a pediatric center, in addition to this center is public housing that integrates new families,multi- cultural background, and senior housing. 

These arches depict Fruitvale's history, references to the past pear, apple, and apricot orchards. The other two arches reference historical landmarks.
